We’re here to make your Estate Planning process as simple as possible.
How Estate Planning Works
1
Information Gathering
First, you will be asked to complete and fairly basic intake form, which will be followed by scheduling a brief initial consultation, where any of your questions or concerns can be addressed. Following this initial consultation, we will recommend the most useful estate planning products for you, send you the appropriate in-depth intake form, and schedule your design meeting.
2
Design Meeting
At your design meeting, we will discuss the particulars of your estate plan. We will discuss any unique or extenuating circumstances. We’ll then talk about any specific gifts or bequests you plan to make, and the best way to go about making sure those are carried out in the most efficient way.
3
Signing and After
After we have determined and designed your plan, Williams Law Firm, LLC will get all of the proper documents drafted. We will then meet in person for the signing ceremony, along with two neutral witnesses. At this ceremony we will be sure to meet all requirements under South Carolina law. After executing your estate planning documents, Williams Law Firm, LLC will provide you with a checklist of steps to properly fund any newly-established Revocable Living Trusts.
"Our goal at Williams Law Firm, LLC is to provide an Estate Planning process as simple for our clients as possible, while always providing top-notch representation.”
